Training at Sheela and Shimbumbu hills near Pole Barazani village. Focus on acclimatization and rhythm before the main climb.

DAY 1: STRENGTH
& STABILITY

  • Focus: Gear test & building "uphill" legs.
  • Morning (08:00): Steady ascent of Sheela.
PRO-TIP: Save 20% on knee joint impact by using poles on the descent!

DAY 2: ENDURANCE
& MENTAL TOUGHNESS

  • 07:00: Trek to Shimbumbu Hills.
  • Load: Wear weighted 6-8kg daypack.
  • Noon: Practice rhythmic breathing at altitude.

DAY 3: LOGISTICS & GEAR SHAKEDOWN

3-hour active recovery around the hills base. Complete final gear layout.
